11 Duration of certificates of exemption
(1) A certificate of exemption ceases to have effect 3 years after the day the certificate is granted.(2) However, a certificate of exemption that is granted after the notification day for the Smoking (Prohibition in Enclosed Public Places) Act 2003 ceases to have effect on the earlier of-
(a) 3 years after the day the certificate is granted; and
(b) 1 January 2007.
