The Code of Practice (a disallowable instrument) was approved by the Minister for Industrial Relations on 19 August 2003.
Draft Guidelines on Dealing with Workplace Bullying

The draft guidelines are not currently available. The guidelines will be circulated for public comment following consideration by the Occupational Health and Safety Council at its next meeting (currently scheduled for 27 November 2003).
The Guidelines will not be implemented until public consultation has occurred.
