3A Definitions for Act
Section 4, new definition of required media
insert
required media means-
(a) a daily newspaper circulating generally in the ACT; and
(b) all national or commercial broadcasting services within the meaning of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992 (Cwlth) broadcasting in the ACT.
