MR RATTENBURY (Kurrajong—Attorney-General, Minister for Consumer Affairs, Minister for Gaming and Minister for Water, Energy and Emissions Reduction) (3.12): I am pleased to present to the Legislative Assembly the government response to the Australian National University’s ACT Drug and Alcohol Sentencing List: Process and Outcome Evaluation Final Report. In line with the government’s commitment in the parliamentary agreement for the Ninth Legislative Assembly, the Drug and Alcohol Sentencing List, or DASL, was established in 2019.
