(3) No, the University of Canberra Hospital (UCH) does not refer rehabilitation patients directly to Arthritis ACT (AACT) after discharge from hospital. On completion of a person’s hydrotherapy program at UCH, users are provided with information on where they can continue with their hydrotherapy program, of which AACT is an option. As CHS do not follow up with people post discharge from the program at UCH, CHS is unable to comment on the number of people who may have sought ongoing support from AACT.
