MR GENTLEMAN: Today I am pleased to table the National Environment Protection Council annual report 2015-16 to the Assembly. Under the ACT’s National Environment Protection Council Act 1994 the report must be tabled within seven sitting days of the report’s adoption by the commonwealth.
