In relation to the Canberra Hospital:

(1) How much money was bulk billed at The Canberra Hospital in (a) 2000﷓01, (b) 2001-02, and (c) as at 25 June in 2002-03;

(2) How was this money disbursed or expended by the hospital in (a), (b) and (c) above.
