Clause 20, new definition of domestic relationship

insertdomestic relationship means a personal relationship (other than a legal or de facto marriage) between 2 adults who are members of the same household in which one provides personal or financial commitment and support of a domestic nature for the material benefit of the other.

(i) a person who, immediately before the death, was in a domestic relationship with the person.
