Proposed new section 55E
55E Delete all words and substitute:
No obligation to act in relation to abortion
No person or body is under any duty, whether by contract or by statutory orother legal requirement to:-
(a) perform or assist in performing an abortion
(b) refer a person to another person who will perform an abortion
