Mr Speaker, for the information of members, I have now received further advice that some work on demolition was done on the site yesterday, but further demolition work has stopped. Completion of the work is up to the lessee to undertake within the time frame of the order issued by PALM. We will closely monitor the implementation of the order and take any action necessary to achieve its implementation in that time frame.

Financial Management Act, pursuant to section 17-Instrument varying appropriation related to Commonwealth funding and a statement of reasons, dated 22 February 2002.

I ask for leave to make a short statement.
