Housing Trust - Tenancy Delays-

MR CORNWELL - Asked the Minister -for Housing and Community Services -

(1) What is the average period of delay between an ACT Housing

Trust property being vacated and retenanted.

(2) Are there any especial delays in housing Rent Relief tenants in

Trust properties; and if so, what are the reasons.

(3) Are there any especial delays in housing Rent Relief single

mothers in Trust properties; and if so, what are the reasons.

MR LAMONT - The answer to the Member's question is as follows -

(1)  39.48 days.

(2) & (3) No, all applicants are subject to the same process.
