325A Report  on investigation of complaints

• Within 6 weeks after the end of a calendar year the commissioner must give the Minister a report on—

• investigations and referrals under section 325 in the calendar year; and

• decisions not to pursue complaints received under section 325 in the calendar year, and the reasons for the decisions.

• The Minister must present the report to the Legislative Assembly within 6 sitting days of receiving the report, or by 31 March, whichever is earlier.
