24CNon-association and place restriction orders—changing or revoking after subsequent conviction

This section applies to an offender who is sentenced by a court in relation to an offence (the new offence) while subject to a non-association order or place restriction order in relation to another offence (the old offence).

When sentencing the offender for the new offence, the court may change or revoke the non-association order or place restriction order for the old offence.
